Mecha BREAK: Playing the objective
If you overcommit a lock, you eat the focus fire. Mech PvP with boost management, lock-on windows, and cover. This page stays on playing the objective so you can use it in the next session.
Playing the objective
Open arenas plus hard cover. Boosting in the open is a gift. Kills are optional. The objective is not.
Save a dash for the disengage after you dump damage.
Play the objective piece your mech is built for. Do not force a brawler into a sniper lane.
Keep the focus on boost economy, cover, and not overcommitting a lock. If the first two minutes are messy, reset before you stack another fight.
Clock and extracts
Heat, ammo, and being focused after a bad dash.
If two mechs look at you, you are the farm. Leave.
When the space is bad, leave. Mecha BREAK punishes people who stay because they already spent ammo.
